SHIPPING
Once your is confirmed, we bake your cookies within 7 working days. Once prepared, the fresh cookies are shipped out and delivered in 3-5 working days in metro cities and 5-7 working days in rest of India.
RETURNS
Due to the sensitive nature of the edible product, we do not accept returns once the cookies are shipped out from our hygienic warehouse.
For the personalized boxes, the cookies are made-to-order for you and hence we cannot accept returns once the order is processed.
REFUNDS
Once an order is placed, it takes us 3-5 days to put the cookies into the production. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, you have until then to place a request regarding this via email [email protected]
After accepting your cancellation, a refund will be processed within 2-3 working days via the payment method you selected.
However, once the cookies are taken into production, cancellation or modification will not be possible.
